MARINE RESCUE BROKEN BAY
IS NOW ACCEPTING
NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS
If you are
enthusiastic, reliable, interested in boating and improving your
boating skills, Marine Rescue offers an interesting,
educational involvement in a valuable community emergency
service.
Male and
female applicants are welcome, minimum age 18 years. Members are
trained in boat handling, seamanship, marine radio, navigation
and much more.
Experience
is not necessary as full training is offered.
The Broken
Bay Unit operates from Bayview on weekends and public
holidays.
Membership
is also open for shore-based Marine Radio Operators (once
trained) and active assistants (associate members) who help with
activities, such as:
Education
courses, Administration, Fundraising . . .
