 POWERBOAT LICENCE COURSES & EXAMINATION

 POWERBOAT LICENCE PRACTICAL COURSES
 As of 1 July, 2009, NSW Maritime requires that all boat
 licence applicants complete a practical component with a
 licensed driver after completing the theory examination.

 For those who do not have the time or facilities to do the
 three required trips, Marine Rescue Broken Bay offers a
 comprehensive, one-day practical course.

 Cost: $120 (or $100 if combined with the theory licence
 course and examination above). MR members: Free.

 INTRODUCTION TO MARINE RADIO SEMINAR
 This half-day, hands-on workshop will provide you with all the
 basic information you need for the correct use of your 27MHz
 or VHF marine radio.

 Please note: This seminar is not a qualification for a Marine
 Radio Operator's Certificate of Proficiency.

 MARINE RADIO & MROCP EXAMINATION
 Course commencement dates:

 Each course runs for three consecutive evenings.

 Exam: On the Saturday following third evening at 1:00pm
